The problem
Registries are hard to read — and a mistake can cost your entire deposit
A document few can read
Gapgu, eulgu, maximum secured amounts, cancelled entries… you are expected to judge it in minutes on contract day.
Hidden encumbrances
Mortgages, provisional seizures and trust registrations that threaten your deposit are easy to miss.
Contract vs. registry mismatches
A landlord who isn't the owner, or a contract missing key protective clauses, is where disputes begin.
